Paella al Fuego

SPAIN · LIVE FIRE PAELLA

Paella al Fuego

THE INVITATION

The paella is cooked the traditional way, in a wide Spanish paellera, the pan built for feeding a whole table. The night opens with chilled gazpacho and a spread of tapas while the rice comes together. You'll hear the socarrat crackling against the bottom of the pan before your chef lifts it onto the table, and everyone eats from the same pan.
