AN EVENING, NOT A MEAL
Your night isn't catered. It's crafted.
A chef, a mixologist, and a culture in your villa in Aruba.
Not catering. Not a restaurant. A chef, a mixologist, and your villa, one night in Aruba, written around your table.
WHAT GUESTS REMEMBER
We booked it for my wife’s 40th and honestly forgot we were in a rental. The chef cooked the whole time right in the kitchen, chatting with everyone, and the food kept coming. Best night of the trip by a mile.
Dan & Rebecca, Villa Malmok, Feb 2026
Nine of us, ages 6 to 71, and there was something for every single person. The kids were obsessed with the tacos coming off the grill. We’re already planning to do it again next year.
The Okafor family, Villa Noord, Jan 2026
I was nervous about hosting a dinner in a villa I’d never seen, but they showed up early, set everything up, and cleaned it all before they left. I just got to enjoy my own party for once.
Marisol T., Villa Palm Beach, Mar 2026
SEVEN NIGHTS. SEVEN CULTURES.
Choose your evening.

THIS MONTH
The Chef's Table
Every Chef's Table begins with a conversation, well before you sit down to eat. From there, our chef crafts a bespoke menu built around what's freshest that week, local fish and produce, anywhere from 3 to 8 courses, plated or served family style. There's no fixed menu here: each dish is a response to what you've told us and what the island has given us that day.
